Worldwide Flat Rate: 2 €

We keep things simple. Shipping for all our foils, groundsheets, and materials is a flat rate of 2 € worldwide, no matter where you live. We exclusively ship with Deutsche Post and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

How We Ship & Order Tracking

To keep shipping efficient, all standard items are carefully packaged and dispatched in secure envelopes. For your peace of mind, all envelope shipments include a basic tracking feature. While it does not provide minute-by-minute live updates, it reliably confirms that your envelope is on its way and helps ensure it reaches your destination safely.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order is processed and handed over to the postal service, you can expect the following delivery times:

• Domestic Delivery: 1 – 3 business days

• International Delivery: 3 – 7 business days

(Please note: Customs processing for international orders or local postal delays might occasionally add a little extra time.)

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We hate unnecessary waste just as much as you do. That’s why we exclusively use paper and cardboard packaging. No plastic bubble wrap, no excessive filler materials – just what’s needed to get your gear safely to you.

The "xmat" Exception (Oversized Shipping)

Shipping the xmat is a different story. Because it requires a rigid shipping tube that is over 1 meter (39 inches) long, DHL classifies this as oversized cargo. Currently, we only ship the xmat to specific countries, primarily within Europe. Here is why:

• No Markups: The shipping cost you see at checkout is exactly what DHL charges us. We don't make a single cent on shipping.

• The Reality of Intercontinental Shipping: Shipping a 1-meter tube overseas is incredibly expensive. Furthermore, the longer the journey, the higher the risk of the tube getting bent or damaged in transit.

• Returns are a nightmare: If an oversized package arrives damaged outside of Europe, the return shipping costs are ruinous for a small business like ours. It leads to huge delays, high costs, and a frustrating experience for both you and us. We want to avoid that entirely.
